VINIFICATION AND MATURATION
The grapes undergo a gentle crushing and a delicate pressing. The must ferments at a
controlled temperature of around 16°C, in
order to preserve the wine’s fruitiness and all of its organoleptic complexity.
COLOUR
Bright straw-yellow.
BOUQUET
Intense, with notes of elderflower, zest and
Golden Delicious apples.
FLAVOUR
Appealingly dry and well-balanced, with a clean and satisfying persistence.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
Serve at 10°-12°C.
FOOD COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif, perfect with fish and white meats.

VINIFICATION AND MATURATION
The Sauvignon grapes undergo a soft
pressing followed by a slow, temperaturecontrolled
fermentation that is designed to
preserve to the full the grapes’ aromatic
components, and in particular their fruitiness
and fragrance.
COLOUR
A light straw-yellow with delicate greenish
reflections.
BOUQUET
Delicate and fresh, with intense notes of
green peppers, tropical fruits and sage.
FLAVOUR
Appealingly fruity, with a very persistent
aftertaste.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
Serve at around 10°C.
FOOD COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif, but also for drinking
throughout the meal. An ideal
accompaniment for fish and other lighter dishes, white meats included.
