100% Sangiovese.
VINIFICATION AND MATURATION
Vinification takes place after delicate crushing
of the grapes. The must is then
cryomacerates on the skins for few hours,
until it reaches the right colour. Then it is
separated from the skins, fermented and
treated as a white wine, to preserve the
fruity and fresh aromas. A pinch of sugar is
left at the end of fermentation, as well as a
little pétillant, to balance its prominent
acidity.
COLOR
Soft rosè.
BOUQUET
Fine, with scents of fresh red berries (little
wild strawberries and raspberries) and
elegant floral notes.
FLAVOUR
Crisp and refreshing, with a nice smooth
finish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
Serve at 8°-10°C.
FOOD COMBINATIONS
It is perfect as an aperitif. Great with pasta
and rice dishes served with vegetable sauces,
Asian dishes, pizza and with grilled fish.
