VINIFICATION AND MATURATION
The grapes undergo a gentle crushing and a
delicate pressing. The must ferments at a
controlled temperature of around 16°C, in
order to preserve the wine’s fruitiness and all
of its organoleptic complexity.
COLOR
Bright golden-yellow.
BOUQUET
Intense, with notes of apple, orange peel, hints of bread crust and white flowers.
FLAVOUR
Appealingly dry and well-balanced, with a clean
and satisfying persistence.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
Serve at 10°-12°C.
FOOD COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif, with seafood, crustaceans and fish baked in salt crust.

VINIFICATION AND MATURATION
The Sauvignon grapes undergo a soft
pressing followed by a slow, temperature controlled fermentation that is designed to
preserve to the full the grapes’ aromatic
components, and in particular their fruitiness
and fragrance.
COLOR
A light straw-yellow with delicate greenish
reflections.
BOUQUET
Delicate and fresh, with intense notes of
tropical fruits, tomato leaves, elderberry flowers and sage.
FLAVOUR
Appealingly fruity, with a very persistent
aftertaste.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
Serve at around 10°-12°C.
FOOD COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif, but also for drinking
throughout the meal. An ideal
accompaniment for fish, crustaceans and asparagus dishes.
