VINIFICATION AND MATURATION

The grapes undergo a gentle crushing and a delicate pressing. The must ferments at a controlled temperature of around 16°C, in order to preserve the wine’s fruitiness and all of its organoleptic complexity.

COLOR

Bright golden-yellow.

BOUQUET

Intense, with notes of apple, orange peel, hints of bread crust and white flowers.

FLAVOUR

Appealingly dry and well-balanced, with a clean and satisfying persistence.

SERVING TEMPERATURE

Serve at 10°-12°C.

FOOD COMBINATIONS

Excellent as an aperitif, with seafood, crustaceans and fish baked in salt crust.

Sauvignon IGT Toscana

VINIFICATION AND MATURATION

The Sauvignon grapes undergo a soft pressing followed by a slow, temperature controlled fermentation that is designed to preserve to the full the grapes’ aromatic components, and in particular their fruitiness and fragrance.

COLOR

A light straw-yellow with delicate greenish reflections.

BOUQUET

Delicate and fresh, with intense notes of tropical fruits, tomato leaves, elderberry flowers and sage.

FLAVOUR

Appealingly fruity, with a very persistent aftertaste.

SERVING TEMPERATURE

Serve at around 10°-12°C.

FOOD COMBINATIONS

Excellent as an aperitif, but also for drinking throughout the meal. An ideal accompaniment for fish, crustaceans and asparagus dishes.

Bianco di toscana igt

Vermentino

AREA

100% Vermentino.

VINIFICATION AND MATURATION

The vinification method used calls for a very delicate treatment of the grapes at all stages, in order to bring out all of the grape’s fine primary aromas, as well as its typical and soft mineral note. At the end of fermentation the wine rests on the lees at controlled temperature in steel tank to complete its aging.

COLOR

Pale yellow with greenish highlights.

BOUQUET

Fine, aromatic and fruity, with nuances of Green apple and tropical fruits.

FLAVOUR

Refreshing, crisp and nice textures with delicate hint of saltiness.

SERVING TEMPERATURE

Serve at 10°C.

FOOD COMBINATIONS

Excellent as an aperitif. Recommended with pasta and light dishes. Perfect with grilled crustaceans.

Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG

VINIFICATION AND MATURATION

The vinification occurs with Ganimede method using a dynamic cryomaceration with cold therefore we have a very delicate treatment of the grapes at all stages, in order to bring out all of the grape’s fine primary aromas, as well as the typical Vernaccia’s qualities of freshness and concentration. The fermentation takes place at 15°C.

COLOR

Pale straw-yellow with greenish highlights.

BOUQUET

Fine, penetrating and fruity, with delicate green apple notes.

FLAVOUR

Full-flavored and well-balanced, with a faint aftertaste of almonds.

SERVING TEMPERATURE

Serve at 10°-12°C.

FOOD COMBINATIONS

Excellent with pasta with fish, white meats, cheese or with grilled fish. Also recommended as an aperitif.
