VINIFICATION AND MATURATION
Vinification takes place atfer delicate crushing
of the grapes. The must cryomacerates on
the skins for few hours, until it reaches the
right colour. Then it is separated from the
skins, fermented and treated as a white wine,
to preserve the fruity and fresh aromas. A
little pétillant is left to enhance its freshness.
COLOR
Brilliant, reminds to pink grapefruit
BOUQUET
Fine, with scents of fresh red fruits (strawberries and cherries) and elegant floral
notes.
FLAVOUR
Clean and refreshing, with a nice smooth
finish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
Serve at 10°-12°C.
FOOD COMBINATIONS
It is perfect as an aperitif. Great with pasta
and rice dishes served with fish sauces, white
meats or with grilled fish.
